Hi ,
Congratulations to you and all our students on a successful 2019! It was great to see our students progress in their classes and be able to show their parents and guardians what they have been learning in an amazing End of Year Showcase.
Since the concert, we have been beavering away on an updated and exciting new timetable for 2020!
We have focused on:
All this is designed to lead to:
Lil'Groovers (the pre-school age classes) will be receiving automatic enrollment into classes for 2020 based on the classes attended in 2019. These will be sent in early January. Of course, if you would like to change days or make other adjustments please Enrol online, email or call us and we will make the changes for you.
Juniors and Seniors will not be automatically enrolled until we have spoken to the teachers to see which classes might be suitable for our students. We will then send out recommendations for students to try in early January. We will certainly prioritise existing students for enrollment in all classes next year so no one misses out.
Our new timetable is available NOW on the KTY website and enrollments are open. Our redesign is focused on making more classes available and affordable for each of our students, so they can develop their dancing skills beyond just one style of dance. It is recommended for students to explore more than one style of dance as many styles compliment each other.
The Timetable is here with enrollment links at the bottom:
NOTE: For Musical Theatre students, it is now compulsory to take another dance class per week, and so we have included the cost of a second dance class in the price. Although this is a slight jump in fees, we are confident that student progression will be dramatically improved; as all students will benefit from adding a Jazz, Ballet, Tap or other class(es) to their week. So many of the techniques and skills learnt in other dance styles are essential to Musical Theatre.
Affordability of dance classes, costume levies and ticket prices has always been a very high priority at The Space and we really want students to be able to attend more than 1 class per week. So we are launching an innovative, exciting and highly discounted pricing structure to match our new timetable for 2020!
The More You Dance, The More You Save!
